prior to shipment. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE NOTIFY US

Costume Jewelry - NO
re-stocking fee on costume jewelry provided it is returned within the 10 day return/exchange policy*.
Policy applies to new,
unworn, undamaged, unaltered jewelry.
If the jewelry doesn't match
OR if you just don't like it, no problem, we understand. Simply
send us an emaiL
to receive a return authorization and return the
jewelry within 10 days from delivery date. We will issue a refund,
based upon the following:
Send new, unworn, undamaged,
unaltered jewelry back in original packaging. Package
it carefully for return.
Buyer is responsible for all return
shipping charges. We do not issue a refund for any
original or return shipping and/or insurance.
REFUSED PACKAGES - 25% restocking fee
*Any jewelry items returned past the 10 day
return policy are automatically charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

gift items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Sorry, no exceptions. 10 day return/exchange policy applies to new,
unused, undamaged, unaltered items. As mentioned above, Bargain Basement and wholesale purchases are NOT
returnable or exchangeable.
If you just don't like the
statue, figurine, jewelry box, trinket box, mirror, etc., no problem, we understand.
Simply

measurements & do our best to describe each item as a necklace or choker, but
how the item will look or fit depends on the size of your neck. You may
want to measure your neck if any doubt.

to individual monitor settings, the jewelry color may look different on the
screen to actual product in hand. If any doubt of color, order one to see
what the match is going to be like.
We process orders in the order
they are received. Orders are subject to available stock at the time we
fill an order. Items may be sold out by the time we process your order.
If so a credit/refund to your credit card will be processed.
This part of our policy is NOT written for the
majority of our customers that we love & appreciate. We can't say enough
